Take another look at samson's
story, he would go in and commit
fornication with a philistine
prostitute, but when he is
attacked, he gets up and over
powers the soldiers, even lifting up
a mighty gate after commiting
fornication. One begins to wonder
if sin does not affect one's
anointing. You commit a sin, yet
you kneel to pray and begin to
speak in tongues, you still
prophecy and your preaching is
still so powerfull and inspirational
and it now seems like sin does not
lead to lost of anointing. My
brother, my sister, anointing is NOT
LOST IN A DAY, it is lost through a
systematic and dangerous way
called SlOW BUT STEADY. Each time
you commit sin, a fraction of
anointing is lost- does not mean
your sin will not be forgiven, but
time will be needed to regain that
lost glory. Sometimes, you observe
that you were more spiritualy
strong two or three years ago,
what then happened? Instead of
rising, you remember your past to
have more glory, its all due to the
slow but steady lose of anointing.
Wake up from your slumber and
strenghten the little you still have
left, and never assume its still
alright when you commit that sin
that so easily besets you.
